We do our best to ensure accuracy across all product descriptions, pricing, and information. However:

  • We reserve the right to correct these errors at any time without prior notice.

  • Historical or archival content (e.g., campaign stories, behind-the-scenes material) may not be current and is provided for reference only.

3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All FATAL TOOLS® products are crafted with precision and undergo strict quality control.
However:

  • Quantities may be limited.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or account.

You agree that product colors, textures, and finishes may appear differently depending on your device and screen.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in United States Dollar (USD) unless stated otherwise.

By placing an order, you authorize FATAL TOOLS® and Shopify to:

  • Charge your selected payment method for the full order amount

  • Charge any applicable shipping fees displayed at checkout

  •  Process your payment securely through verified third-party payment providers

Where applicable, duties and taxes are covered by FATAL TOOLS® as part of our shipping service.

We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DUTIES

We ship worldwide via DHL Express.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive complimentary DHL Express delivery.

Orders below the free shipping threshold may be subject to a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.

Duties and taxes are covered by Fatal Tools for all international orders.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty tools:

  • Opened or unsealed brush sets cannot be returned or refunded.

  • All FATAL TOOLS® sets include three security seals. Any broken, removed, or tampered seal voids eligibility for return.

Eligible returns include:

  • Unopened products with all seals intact

  • Products that arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete

  • Wrong items received

7. ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your:

  • Password

  • Login credentials

  • Order details

We are not liable for unauthorized activity resulting from compromised account credentials.
